Jill Considine
Former Chairman & CEO of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).  Prior to joining DTCC, Ms Considine served as the President of the New York Clearing House Association, L.L.C from 1993 to 1998, Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of American Express Bank from 1991 to 1993 and as the New York State Superintendent of Banks from 1985 to 1991.

Michael K Clark – CEO
Michael is a veteran with over 25 years of experience in the Global Securities industry, having successfully led the growth of several top tier global servicing firms; most recently President, Institutional Products Group at Fidelity Investments since 2007 and formerly as CEO of both JPMorgan’s Worldwide Securities Services and its Trust and Clearing Services from 1997 as well as his senior role at Bankers Trust, New York before 1994.  Michael worked on both the buy and sell side and has grown financial services businesses across competitive fields.

Malcolm Glyn – CFO
Mr. Glyn oversees the finance and human resource functions across the firm having joined in 2008.   Prior to this he served as Group Finance Director for Celerant Consulting, an international 700 person consulting firm. Previously he served as Corporate Finance Manager at Avis Europe plc, and then as Commercial Director of a marketing services business within the WPP Group plc.  Mr. Glyn started his career at Arthur Andersen.

Chris Mulhern – COO
Mr. Mulhern has responsibility for the management, production and delivery of fund administration services to Butterfield Fulcrum’s clients. He is responsible for management of production offices and operations, including capacity planning and recruitment. Mr.Mulhern joined from Citco Fund Services, where he was most recently Managing Director of the Toronto office, overseeing 480 staff. He was with Citco in various positions for over ten years in Canada, New York, San Francisco and Halifax. Prior to this, he worked in public accounting.

Andy Smith – Global Head of Business Development and Marketing
Mr. Smith is responsible for Butterfield Fulcrum's global sales, business development and marketing.  Prior to this he was Managing Director and Head of North America Securities and Fund Services for Citigroup which he joined in September 2004.  Before Citigroup, Mr. Smith was Senior Vice President and Division Head of Plan Sponsor Services at The Bank of New York.  Mr. Smith's financial services career began at State Street Corporation in 1988 as a Public Sector Portfolio Administrator.  He was later responsible for State Street's west coast relationship management and client service operation.
